Known Issues in version 12.8.4
While the secondary server is active in a failover setup, you cannot edit the LDAP configuration. It triggers the duplicate LDAP configuration error as if the user tries to create a new entry while editing. Workaround: Edit LDAP configuration while the primary server is active.
In a rare test case, triggering failover from the secondary server to the primary server using the reboot command resulted in WebOS displays with gray screens and loading states. Workaround: Reboot both servers at the same time.
uClient app crashes after a network disruption.
Workaround: No workaround is available currently.
When primary recovers during failover, schedules appear stacked one above the other for a split second. This is a minor UI issue.
Workaround: Clicking anywhere in the UI outside the schedules solves the issue.
The Toggle CapsLock button in the Interactive Viewer does not work inside VNC Viewer Sources. Workaround:
To enable CapsLock, first make sure “CapsLock” is turned off. Press the right Shift key and any other key to enable CapsLock.
To disable CapsLock, press the left Shift key to disable CapsLock.
In a rare case that was not reproducible, users in LDAP configuration failed to sync after failover.
Workaround: No workaround is available currently.
