Userful Infinity supports the following types of audio output.
Onboard audio
Dante ALP card
USB Audio cards
End-point audio
The onboard audio output refers to the 3.5mm audio jack available on the Userful Infinity server, or other servers with audio output.
To use the onboard audio, operators can drag and drop the audio output from the Destinations section within the Userful Infinity apps - Decisions, Trends, Artistic, and Engage.
Note: The audio destination appears as CARD=PCH, DEV.
Connect the speaker to the onboard audio output.
In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Decisions.
Click and enter an Operations Center.
Click the Destinations tab.
Click on the Destinations icon (screen-shaped icon) in the bottom tray and search for: CARD=PCH, DEV.
Drag and drop the audio output to the Destinations tab.
Connect the speaker to the onboard audio card to listen.
For Trends, Artistic, and Engage
In Trends, Artistic, and Engage audio output works for Mapping Groups under the Server player.
Connect the speaker to the onboard audio output.
In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Artistic > Mapping groups > Server Player.
In the bottom tray, click the Destinations icon (screen-shaped icon) and look for CARD=PCH, DEV.
Drag and drop the audio destination to the Mapping group.
This integration offers the ability to use advanced audio compatibility within the Userful Infinity Platform. You can now use the ALP PCI-e Dante-compatible audio card which offers 32 stereo audio outputs for Mapping Groups and Operation Centers.
To install the card:
Open the server and connect the card to the PCI-e port.
Once the card is installed, and connected to the Dante network, turn on the server. You will be able to view the Destination cards for the sound outputs.
All applications except Remote in the Userful Infinity Platform can use Dante audio outputs.
Note: The Dante ALP card audio Destination appears as out<x>.
In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Decisions.
Click and enter an Operations Centre.
Click the Destinations tab in the Operations Center.
In the bottom tray, click the Destinations icon (screen-shaped icon) and search for "Out" audio destinations.
Drag and drop the audio destination card to the Destinations tab.
For Trends, Artistic, and Engage
In Trends, Artistic, and Engage audio output works for Mapping Groups under the Server player.
To use the OnBoard audio:
1. In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Artistic > Mapping Groups > Server Player.
In the bottom tray, click on the Destinations icon (screen-shaped icon) and look for search for "Out" audio destinations.
Drag and drop the audio destination to the Mapping Group.
Userful Infinity Platform supports the Dante AVIO 2-channel USB adapter.
The configuration for the USB devices is the same as the Dante ALP card.
Note: The USB audio card appears as CARD=Module_x.
To configure the outputs with your Dante environment, you need to use the Dante Controller Software.
The ALP Dante appears as ALPDANTE-xxxx and the USB cards appear as AVIOUSB-xxxxx.
Each of the OutX matches with T-X, which means out1 ->Tx1, out2->Tx2, etc.
Userful Infinity Platform supports endpoint audio through uClient Device and LG WebOS displays. Audio output is supported for both Server player and Client player in these devices.
Userful Infinity platform allows the users to use the uClient device 3.5mm jack output and the HDMI which lets the display connect to the device to use the speakers.
To enable the sound in the device:
Go to the applications > mapping group.
Drag and drop a source with audio.
Click on the three dots menu. A drop-down menu will appear
Click on the speaker icon to increase or decrease volume.
Drag and drop the display that you want to use
Userful Infinity also supports LG Web OS displays.
To enable the sound in the device:

Drag and drop a source that you want to see and listen.
Click on the three dots menu. A drop-down menu will appear
Click on the speaker icon to increase or decrease volume.
