  • In Artistic video walls, there appears to be a desynchronization when playing content at 60 frames per second. Workaround: No workaround is available currently.

  • After restoring a backup, one of the Engage displays shows the pairing code screen and shows offline in the UI. Workaround: Power cycle the system: Turn the system off, then turn it on.

  • Random desynchronization happens in a 2x2 video wall playing direct Source content from the server. Workaround: Restart uClient from the UI: Navigate to Admin Center > System Configuration > Endpoints > uClients > Click the three-dot menu corresponding to the uClient device of the video wall and select Restart.

  • SAML Configuration does not get created or saved when a user accidentally updates any fields (except First name, Last name, second email, login, mobile phone and email) and reverts the changes later. Workaround: No workaround is available currently.

  • Video Wall Asset Processor throws an error when a user selects the second GPU available in the GPU list in a multi-GPU server. Workaround: Selecting Automatic GPU does not throw this error.

  • A display playing an RDP Source does not recover after a shutdown and manual restart of the server. Workaround: Another reboot resolves the issue.
