Bed Occupancy Rate
This integration is available from Version 12.9 of Userful Infinity.
Integration between Userful Infinity and Epic’s ADT (Admissions, Discharge, and Transfer) module enables users to display data related to bed occupancy on Destination screens.
Note: This integration is available only for on-premise Epic deployments.
Known Limitations
A discrepancy between the actual bed count of a hospital and the one provided by Userful Infinity may exist. To overcome this, update the number of total beds and occupied beds in your passport.
Currently, this integration is available only for on-premise Epic deployments. It is not available for Epic Cloud.
Passport creation
To use the Epic ADT integration, you need to create a passport that represents your Epic instance or deployment.
During passport creation for ADT:
A unique URL is generated to serve as a secure communication channel for a specific Epic instance. An Epic instance is a single on-premise deployment of Epic.
A user will need to enter:
a. total number of beds in the associated health facility
b. number of occupied beds

In your Userful account, go to Sources & Destinations > Integrations.
Select Epic Systems.
Click Create Passport at the top right corner.
