Restart or shut down your server using the options in this section.
Starting from Userful Infinity Version 12.9, you have the option to restart your primary server with or without triggering a failover.
To view these options:
In your Userful account, navigate to Admin Center > System Configuration.
In the left pane, click Power Management.
Click Restart Server. A dialog box appears with two options.
Restart and trigger failover
Select this option if you want your content to keep playing without interruptions.
During a failover, all processes move to the secondary server. All your content will continue playing without interruption from the secondary server.
Restart server
Select this option if you can accommodate temporary interruptions in playing your content. It temporarily stops all your processes and content while the primary server reboots and reconnects. A failover does not happen, and no processes move to the secondary server.
This feature allows you to set up alert messages on your displays. It can be an announcement, caution, or emergency alert.
In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Admin Center > System Configuration > Broadcast Alerts.
Enter the broadcast message.
Select the Alert Level.
Click Start Broadcast to display the broadcast message on the destination.
To remove the message, click Reset configuration.
