Before you set up your uClient adapters::
You should have the Userful Infinity platform installed.
You should have set up your system based on the Network Design Requirements for Userful Infinity.
You should have your uClient adapters unboxed, mounted and powered, with internet access.
Important points to remember:
Use either standard HDMI-to-HDMI or DisplayPort-to-Display Port cables when deploying the uClient adapters. Connecting the HDMI to a DisplayPort, or the DisplayPort to HDMI, even if with an approved cable, will not work.
For DVI connections, use an HDMI-to-DVI connection. DisplayPort-to-DVI connection is not supported.
The Userful application is preinstalled on the uClient adapter, and will start on its own after the device is powered on. Once the application starts, it will ask you to pair it with a server.
Connect the HDMI or DisplayPort cable to your display.
Connect the Ethernet cable to your LAN.
Connect the DC power supply cable.
Press the power button. If the light on the device turns blue, the device is powered on. When the application starts, you will see a screen with the IP address of the device. Optional: If you need to configure network settings, you can connect a USB keyboard and mouse to the uClient adapter.
In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Admin Center > System Configuration > Endpoints.
Look for the IP address of the uClient in the endpoints list and enable the toggle for Assigned Server. The screen will display a message saying that the device has been paired.
Ensure your display is set to normal Landscape mode operation, even if it is already mounted in portrait orientation.
Connect a USB mouse to the uClient adapter.
Click the circle icon at the bottom of the screen to close the Userful app.
Click on the icon below the Userful logo in the middle of the screen. The App Drawer menu will appear.
Click the Settings icon. The following drop-down menu appears.

Select HDMI and DP.
Select Resolution.
Select Auto and confirm.
Click System Direction and select either 90 or 270 based on your display's rotation. The screen will rotate right away.
10. Click OK.
Click on the Circle button to return to the home screen.
Open the App Drawer.
Click and launch the Userful Client. The display should now be ready to pair.
