Admin Center

Access to System Configuration and User Management

The Admin Center is a single place from where admins can manage all settings related to System Configuration and User Management.

The System Configuration section offers a number of settings admins can control and manage, including endpoint management, general settings. power management, failover settings and more. In the User Management section, admins can add users, import users from LDAP or SAML (through Okta), create user groups and assign users into user groups.

Access to Monitoring Dashboard

The Admin center provides a Monitoring Dashboard for viewing key information related to your:

• Userful system

• Network

• GPU

• CPU

• Storage

• Capacity

• Endpoints

• Notification channels

• Event logs

In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Admin Center > Monitoring Dashboard.

Comprehensive status of apps

The Admin Center also provides information about the status of the different apps including the number of Sources, Mapping Groups and Destinations in each.

In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Admin Center.

License overview

Admins can also view details related to their Userful Infinity License in the License Overview section within the Admin Center. In your Userful Infinity account, navigate to Admin Center and scroll down to view License Overview.
