Admin Center

The Admin Center is a single place from where admins can manage and monitor systems and users through System Configuration, User Management and Monitoring Dashboards. It also provides useful information about the status of the different apps including the number of Sources, Mapping Groups and Destinations in each. Admins can also view details related to their Userful Infinity License in the License Overview section within the Admin Center.

Here is a description of what you can manage and view using the different sections within the Admin Center.

System Configuration

Manage Endpoints, General Settings, Schedules, Broadcast Alerts, Failover Settings, and Licensing.

User Management

Create and manage users across the platform. Create user groups and streamline permissions. Use user event logs to monitor and analyze user authentication and activities.

Monitoring Dashboards

Find vital system performance statistics regularly updated for admins to monitor, analyze, and ensure operational efficiency is always maintained.

App information

View useful information related to each app including the number of Sources, Mapping Groups, and Destinations.

License Overview

View information related to your Userful Infinity License including license status, failover status, start date and end date, number of GPUs, CPUs and displays.
