Certified Private Cloud Servers

  • Dell PowerEdge R760xa Rack Server

  • Dell Precision 7960 Rack

Dell servers and multiple network cards

  • Dell servers offer a feature called PCI Express hotplug slot index numbers, which can lead to network issues when multiple network cards are present. To avoid problems, please update to their latest firmware and BIOS (after Oct 14, 2024 versions).

  • Other server manufacturers may attempt to replicate this feature in future

  • If you use multiple network cards and see random network issues, contact Userful Support.
