Schedules

You can schedule assets or playlists to be streamed on a display anytime using Schedules. This screen has a Left menu and a Workspace.

Use the Search bar to search from all the existing schedules.

Create a Schedule

1. Click on the option.
2. Click on the option and provide the schedule with a name. For example, Business Overview.
3. Click on the cell at the schedule timeline. It gets highlighted with a blue box and a dialog box appears.
4. Select the Type of content to be assigned to the schedule.

   • When you select Asset, the dialog box Select Asset appears. Select the file/asset.
   • When you select Playlist, a drop-down menu Selected Playlist appears. Select from the list of playlists displayed.
5. Use the Repeat option to specify the frequency at which the event should be repeated. Click on the Custom option to set a custom repeat interval.
