Engage

Enagage is the ultimate Corporate Signage application! This guide helps you to use Engage in three simple steps.

Content Management

Navigate to Content Management in the left-side menu and log in with your credentials. Click on the option and enter the pairing code displayed on the destination.

Create an Asset

1. Click on Files/Assets.

2. Click on and select an application.
3. Enter details and click. A success notification appears.

Map Asset to Screen

1. Navigate to the Screens and click on the Edit option.

2. Select the Type as Asset and select the App from the Select Asset modal.

3. Click Save. The asset gets assigned to the screen.

Stream Content

There are two types of mapping groups, namely Server Players and uClient Players.

Server Players

The server processes the sources played through this mapping group.

Create a Server Players Mapping Group

1. Click on the option.
2. Enter details and click . The Mapping tab appears on the screen.
3. Drag and drop the Engage source from the Sources panel to the mapping group.

   
4. Click on the icon to switch to the Destinations panel. Drag and drop the destination to the mapping group.

   
5. Click on the option to navigate back to the Mapping Groups screen.
6. The Mapping group appears on the screen.

   

uClient Players

The uClient processes the sources played through this mapping group.

Map Destination to uClient Players

1. Drag and drop the destination from the Destinations panel to the mapping group.

   

   The destination now streams the content. Note that the IT team sets up the destination. To learn more, refer to the Sources and Destinations topic.

Schedule

Set up a Schedule

• Click on the option.
• Click on the option and provide the schedule with a name.
• Click on the cell at the schedule timeline. It gets highlighted with a blue box, and a dialog box appears.
• Select the Type of content (Asset or Playlist) to be assigned to the schedule.

• Click Save.
