Create an Operations Center
Add details
Settings Tab
Enter the Name and Description.
For example, Monitoring Center. Operations center to monitor transportation feeds.
Enter the Resolution.
It is the resolution of the destination.
Advanced tab
Enter the Frame Limit.
Select the Video Quality.
It is recommended to choose video quality as High when using text and static images. Select video quality as Medium or Low when streaming dynamic content like video files to optimize system resources.
Select the GPU from the drop-down menu.
The application automatically detects this value.
Click on the operations center card. The operations center screen appears.
Create a Source
Add details
Enter the Name and Description. For example, Surveillance Unit ZC1. This feed captures the transportation stream of unit ZC1.
Select the Source Type as Network Streamer.
Note: This example shows how to configure Network Streamer as the Source Type from a list of available options. To know more about different types of sources, refer to the Sources section.
Choose a Thumbnail.
Select the Protocol.
Provide the Server Path.
Provide Buffer value.
Set this value to define the buffer time the system must take in case of an unstable network. For unstable and slow network servers, set this value to 1000.
Enter the Username and Password if the feed requires authentication for access.
Advanced Tab
Enter the Resolution.
It is the resolution at which the source will be streamed to the destination.
Select Scaling value.
Enable the Shareable option.
This helps in resource utilization.
Permissions Tab
Select the Apps to share the source with.
Select or Create a Tag for easy access to the Source.
To create a Tag, click on the Tag drop-down menu. A cursor appears. Enter the name of the Tag and press the Enter key. The Tag gets created. Tags help sort the source when there are multiple sources.
Enable User Permissions for the source.
These user permissions are set using the Clearance Level feature. Use the Page navigation feature to view other permissions.
Activate and Map the Source
Map a Destination
Click on the Destinations tab.
Drag and drop the destination from the Destinations panel to the mapping placeholder.
The content starts streaming on the destination.
Other Options
Enter the Name and Description.
Update a Layout
Select the layout and make the required changes.

The Grid divides the canvas into rows and columns. This feature can customize the grid to arrange sources on the canvas.

Stream
Click on the option.
Click .
The card appears on the screen.
Click on the option.
The Create Source menu appears.
Click.
The source appears in the Sources panel.
Drag and Drop the source from the Sources panel to the canvas.
The source appears on the canvas and in the Active Sources section.
Once a source is active, it runs in the background. You can hide or show it on the canvas using the Deactivate and Activate options.
Resize the Source:
Click on the source. The boundary of the source gets highlighted. Drag the corners of the source to adjust it on the canvas.
Use the Lock option to prevent any modifications to the source.
Use the Volume control option to adjust the volume of the source.
The disabled Interactive Viewer in this case denotes that this source is not interactable since it is a live stream.
Layouts
You can modify content arrangement and grid structure and save it in a layout. To save your arrangement in a layout, create a new layout. Click on theoption.

The layout appears in the preview menu with an active status.
Map the sources to the canvas and arrange them as a layout.
Click on the option to save changes to the layout.
Double-click on an existing layout to switch the layout.
The green dot indicates that the layout is active.
