Update uClient Version
Updating uClient to the latest version is easy to do from the Displays section of the Control Center. The images given below show how to update the device(s).
Displays will disappear briefly, then re-connect with the Userful server.
This process works with both cloud and on-premise servers. If your devices are not updating, check to ensure the necessary ports are opened to the Internet for the download.
Network Setting
To update uClient's firmware and application, the server and the uClient should be on the same subnet. The On-Premises Server URL needs to be set if the server and uClients are on different network configurations to update the uClients application and firmware.
Set-Up On-Premise Server URL
Navigate to Settings > uClient.
Click on the On-Premise Server URL option. A dialog box appears.
Enter the URL. Format
http:// IP ADDRESS: Port number.Click OK.
