Setting up Userful as a Network Share

Userful On-Premise can be mapped as a Windows network drive to let you easily manage Signage Player content.

First, go into Settings and Source Content Settings. Enable FTP and Network Share Access, then set a password and enable Network Share Access.

Next, open Windows Explorer and expand the ribbon. Click on the Map Network Drive option.

As the server path, use the format (note the \ slash used):

\\ip.addr.of.userful\share

Adding your server's IP after the first two slashes. You should then be prompted to enter a username and password. The username will be files and the password is set in the previous step.

You can now easily transfer Signage Player files to and from your PC.
