Schedules

Schedules are created for Assets or Playlists. To use a Schedule, you assign one or more Screens to it.

Steps to Create a Schedule

  • Navigate to the Schedules section and click on the Create Schedule option. Remember to name your Schedule, it is easy to forget this step and create multiple new schedules.
Creating a simple daily Schedule.
  • You can place schedules in folders, just like assets and playlists, so that only authorized teams are able to view them.
Moving a Schedule to a Folder
  • To add more events to this schedule, click on the Add Event option or just click on a cell in the calendar.
Adding another Event to a Schedule
  • Engage provides you the flexibility to edit the duration of the event and its repeat option at any given time.
  • A day can be filled with recurring events.
  • Finally, assign the screen(s) to your schedule using the Edit option as shown below.
