Signage Player Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing playback that is smooth but not synchronized across displays, try these steps.
- 1.Stop and Restart the video wall zone. This will refresh the media server and timing.

- 3.Check your Performance Settings. The default settings are recommended. In particular, if NVIDIA Offload is not enabled, video performance and sync will be severely degraded. If you have 60FPS enabled, try disabling it.
- 4.Check Monitoring for any performance metrics that appear to be saturated - in particular, GPU Utilization and Network Send/Receive.

You may have added files in the playlist that are not compatible with Signage Player. Otherwise, this error should rarely appear in Signage Player.
