Userful uClient Adapter Troubleshooting
Updating uClient to the latest version is easy to do from the Displays section of the Control Center. The images given below show how to update the device(s).
Updating each device individually

Displays will disappear briefly, then re-connect with the Userful server.
This process works both with Cloud and On-Premise servers. If your devices are not updating, check to ensure the necessary ports are opened to the Internet for the download to take place.
Userful is currently experiencing update issues for uClient version 2.2.2. However, there is no functional impact on any system. We are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
